A beautifully soft scarf, perfect for enjoying everyday. Handwoven in our Edinburgh atelier with the finest craftsmanship, this item is made from a luxurious blend of carefully sourced 70% British alpaca and 30% rose fibre.
Each handwoven tartan narrow scarf is one in an edition of 12 pieces. The Highlands at Dawn tartan design was created using colours which were originally obtained through natural plant dyes such as indigo, nettle and oak bark.

This Highlands at Dawn design is inspired by the arresting view from Araminta’s grandparents’ house in the highlands of Scotland during sunrise . The impressive skies depicted in the tartan showcase the clean Highland air and the display of colour over the inspiring Scottish mountains at dawn. Bringing a unique display of colour and richness of nature. There is also the same tartan in another colourway – Highlands at Dusk.
