We have been lucky enough to work with royalty but this is the first four legged royal we have created a CUSTOM design for.
At Araminta Campbell we like to make dreams come true. Araminta Birse-Stewart our Founder and sole designer works with clients on their CUSTOM designs from creation to completion. We can use your family history, notable events and beloved places to craft designs that tell your story. Later choose to have your own tweed or tartan woven into fabric, use the design to create bespoke pieces of luggage, clothing and soft furnishings, or keep your design as a legacy to pass down through generations.
This CUSTOM design project was not just about creating an exclusive tartan design for King Arthur the regal Corgi, but for Liz and Richie and their daughters. The design was inspired by their time on the Golf Course of Scotland, particularly the view from their St Andrews home with the design reflecting the land, sea and sky. The two main blocks represent the parents, with their two daughters depicted in the white and purple checks. The newest family member is of course King Arthur, the Corgi puppy who is seen in the photo sporting his family tartan!
What a wonderful response from our client on her new tartan design:

And then these wonderful shots of our client looking absolutely stunning in and around Edinburgh in her tartan which was made up into this wonderful cape by Stewart Christie, i think the smile says it all!
