Drawing inspiration from her early morning dog walks across deserted beaches, Araminta Campbell’s Morning Sands is intended to capture the moments of calm and clarity one finds along the coast.
The colours were inspired by nature: the warm camel of the beach, rippled by white as the fresh breeze whips away fine flurries of dry sand. Soft blues and mauves reflect the changing skies as the sun begins to burn off the morning cloud and a clear day begins overhead.
